1) What Size Company is Wonderlin Roofing
Systems?
We are a medium sized family owned business. The benefits
to focusing on less jobs, is that we are able to pay close
attention to detail. All throughout the project, our
customers are able to work directly with the owner.
2) What about Permits?
We pull permits and schedule inspections for every job
required by the local building ordinance.
3) What Warranties Do We Provide?
Unlike most roofing companies who provide a 1-5 year
warranty, we provide a 10 year warranty against leaks and
defects in workmanship. Usually, after the first rain you
will know if your roof was installed correctly. The
materials we use primarily carry a 30, 40 or 50 yr.
manufacturer warranty.
4) What Types Of Roofs Do We Install?
We install Class B Wood Shakes, a variety of flat roofing
systems, and a full line of Class A Composition shingles.
We are part of the Elk Peak Performance Contractor Program
and we specialize in Elk Products.
5) Do We Clean Up The Job Site?
Yes. We tidy the property at the end of every work day. At
the end of the job, the roof, gutters and grounds are left
clean and free of all debris.
6) Do We Replace All Vent Flashings?
Yes. Unlike most roofing companies who replace vents “as
necessary” we replace all standard roof penetrations,
including all roof vents and pipe jacks. This avoids future
leaks.
7) What About Gutters?
We recommend replacing gutters on most roofing jobs.
Usually when a roof is ready to be replaced, the gutters
are also. It is more cost effective to replace the gutters
when the roof is being installed.
